ICPF’s Annual Holiday Weekend

Each year, ICPF celebrates the holiday season with our annual fundraiser in a destination city. ICPF uses the opportunity to thank our many partners for their support of the foundation and its initiatives with a Friday evening reception, a Broadway show or exciting holiday performance, and a group dinner and cocktail hour on Saturday. The weekend also includes free time for sightseeing, shopping, exploring the city, and more. Many corrugated packaging executives invite clients, potential Corporate Partners, and reward key members of their team with this special holiday weekend. Corporate sponsorship opportunities are also available for the event.

ICPF is eager to take the foundation’s annual fundraising event to a new city and invite you to join us on December 12-14, 2025. Register by July 31, 2025, to receive the early bird rate and save $200. Space is limited to a first come first serve basis, so register today!

The event will begin with a Friday evening reception sponsored by Pratt Industries at Hotel Washington’s Sky Room with sprawling views of D.C. and the Washington Monument. ICPF has made plans for guests to attend a Saturday matinee of the classic holiday show, A Christmas Carol, at historic Ford’s Theatre sponsored by BW Papersystems. Saturday evening will begin with a cocktail reception sponsored by Fosber America followed by a dinner sponsored by Bobst North America at The Henri, a modern bistro just minutes from the event hotel.

Stay at The Riggs Washington DC

ICPF is excited to be partnering with a new hotel partner, the Riggs Washington DC in Penn Quarter.

Located in the heart of downtown Washington D.C., the Riggs is a stylish, fully restored boutique hotel just blocks away from national landmarks, popular dining options, and Ford’s Theatre. To step inside the soaring entrance is to become a part of the past, present, and future of Penn Quarter. Constructed in 1891, as a headquarters for Riggs National Bank, the landmark was an example of Richardson Romanesque architecture and known as the Bank of Presidents, residing at the intersection not just of 9th and F Street, but of American history. This iconic building, the last of its kind, has been revived for a new generation of travelers and has opened its doors to a burgeoning neighborhood. ICPF has reserved Deluxe King rooms ($299) and Atelier Suite King rooms ($459) for the event.

Hotel reservations are the responsibility of attendees. The cut-off date to make reservations is November 17, 2025.

Event Sponsorships Available

Sponsorship opportunities for the event are still available. Since ICPF is a 501c3 tax deductible public education foundation, the total sponsorship is tax deductible to the full extent of the law. Your company will also be recognized for your sponsorship in all event marketing materials. Available sponsorship options include:

  • A general event contribution sponsorship
  • Event gift sponsorship

Reach out to Caitlin Salaverria at [email protected] or (847) 226-2671 if you are interested in becoming an event sponsor, or for more information.

ICPF would like to thank the 2024 registrants and sponsors for making ICPF’s latest Holiday Weekend in New York a great success! Seventy-six guests attended this year’s event, beginning with a Friday evening reception December 13 at the Bryant Park Overlook, which was sponsored by Pratt Industries. On Saturday, participants attended a matinee performance of Back to the Future – The Musical, sponsored by BW Papersystems. The event closed out on Saturday night with a reception sponsored by Fosber America and dinner at the famed Keens Steak House sponsored by Bobst North America. Additional weekend sponsors included Green Bay Packaging, Greif, Hood Container Corporation, and Smurfit WestRock.

“ICPF’s annual weekend in NYC presents a special opportunity to reunite and reconnect with peers at the end of the year while supporting the future of corrugated packaging. It is one of the most unique events in the industry.”
