Caitlin Salaverria, President
Caitlin Salaverria was announced as ICPF’s president in December 2022 and began her work with the foundation full time on July 1, 2023. Caitlin brings industry experience to ICPF, having worked as Fibre Box Association’s director of marketing and communications prior to her current role. In her 12 years at FBA, she enhanced the association’s general communications, developed the strategy for paid and organic social media advertising efforts, cultivated relationships with other industry associations, managed committee work and initiated partnerships for ICPF with career organizations. As president, her work serves to expand the impact of ICPF programs and initiatives by building partnerships with the education community, establishing relationships with local governments and apprenticeship programs and developing marketing/communications tools to promote the many benefits of choosing a career in corrugated packaging.
Alex LeMoine,
Outreach & Marketing Manager
Alex LeMoine joined the ICPF team on August 1, 2023 as the foundation’s Outreach & Marketing Manager. Alex comes to ICPF with five years of experience in school public relations, having served most recently as director of communications in the PK-12 unit district, Huntley Community School District 158. As director, she oversaw communication strategies and marketing efforts for multiple stakeholder groups, including students, families and community partners across McHenry County and the greater Chicagoland area. Alex’s passion for education and workforce development, coupled with relevant experience, makes her an ideal fit for ICPF’s overarching mission. With this addition to our team, we are excited to strengthen existing connections across the corrugated packaging industry, build partnerships at every level of education, and leverage ICPF’s resources and relationships to spread awareness of the many opportunities within our industry.
