NYC Holiday Weekend

You can help support ICPF’s initiatives and programs by attending our annual Holiday Weekend in New York fundraiser. You’re invited to attend ICPF’s major annual fundraiser to network, strengthen your ties within the industry, and enjoy the best NYC has to offer during the holiday season. The event includes a Friday evening reception, Saturday matinee of a Broadway hit, and a Saturday evening ICPF reception and dinner. Many corrugated packaging executives invite clients, potential Corporate Partners, and reward key members of their team with this special holiday weekend. Corporate sponsorship opportunities are also available for the event.

Please join us for the International Corrugated Packaging Foundation’s 2024 Holiday Weekend in New York event to be held December 13-15, 2024. Register by July 31, 2024 to receive the early bird rate and save $200. Support ICPF’s educational programs and initiatives while enjoying New York’s holiday season.

The event will begin with a Friday evening reception, sponsored by Pratt Industries. ICPF has secured tickets for a Saturday matinee Broadway performance of Back to the Future The Musical.

Great Scott! The multi-award-winning Back to the Future The Musical is changing Broadway musical theatre history. Experience this high-voltage comedy as the iconic story is adapted for the stage by the movie’s creators Bob Gale (Back to the Future trilogy) and Robert Zemeckis (Forrest Gump) and is directed by the Tony Award-winning John Rando. Back to the Future the Musical features original music by multi-Grammy winners Alan Silvestri (Avengers: Endgame) and Glen Ballard (Michael Jackson’s Man in the Mirror), alongside hit songs from the movie. When BACK TO THE FUTURE THE MUSICAL hits 88mph, you’re gonna see some serious… entertainment.

Saturday evening, participants will attend a reception sponsored by Fosber America and dinner sponsored by Bobst North America at Keens Steakhouse. General event sponsors include Green Bay Packaging, Greif and Smurfit WestRock.

The Refinery Hotel

Based on positive attendee reviews from last year’s event, ICPF will again partner with The Refinery Hotel near Bryant Park for 2024. Located two blocks from Bryant Park, Refinery Hotel is a luxury hotel in Midtown Manhattan’s Garment District. Their stylish loft rooms, acclaimed Parker & Quinn restaurant, and trendsetting Refinery Rooftop bar create a fashionable refuge for locals and cultured visitors in present-day New York. Drawing inspiration from their early life as a hat factory, each of the 197 rooms at Refinery Hotel feature industrial details such as 12-foot ceilings, large windows, and distressed hardwood floors. ICPF has reserved Studio King rooms ($649) and suite Atelier Executive rooms ($799) for the event.

Hotel reservations are the responsibility of attendees. The cut-off date to make reservations is November 8, 2024.

Become an Event Sponsor

Sponsorship opportunities for the event are still available. Since ICPF is a 501c3 tax deductible public education foundation, the total sponsorship is tax deductible to the full extent of the law. Your company will also be recognized for your sponsorship in all event marketing materials. Available sponsorship options include:

  • A general event contribution sponsorship
  • Event gift sponsorship

ICPF would like to thank the 2023 registrants and sponsors for making ICPF’s latest Holiday Weekend in New York a great success! Seventy-six guests attended this year’s event, beginning the weekend with a Friday evening reception at The Glass Ceiling at Luminary. On Saturday, participants attended a matinee performance of the Broadway hit, The Neil Diamond Musical: A Beautiful Noise. The event closed out on Saturday night with a reception and dinner at the famed Keens Steak House. A special thank you to our 2023 sponsors: Bobst North America, BW Papersystems, Green Bay Packaging, Hood Container, and Pratt Industries.

“ICPF’s annual weekend in NYC presents a special opportunity to reunite and reconnect with peers at the end of the year while supporting the future of corrugated packaging. It is one of the most unique events in the industry.”
