Circle of Distinguished Leaders

ICPF honors exceptional individuals, leaders whose vision, creativity and energy have moved the entire corrugated industry forward, in a program that recognizes the Distinguished Leaders of the Corrugated Packaging Industry. Naming a corrugated industry leader to the ICPF “Circle of Distinguished Leaders” ensures that those who have made their mark on this global industry will receive a permanent tribute to their vision, their business acumen, and their commitment to excellence in support of the corrugated packaging industry.

On October 27, 2025, ICPF announced the nomination of Bryan Hollenbach for induction into ICPF’s Circle of Distinguished Leaders. Business colleagues, friends, and family are invited to bring honor to this exceptional nominee by making a donation in Bryan’s name. Those making donations will be recognized during his induction ceremony at the 2026 FBA Annual Meeting to be held April 15-17, 2026 at the Lodge at Torrey Pines in La Jolla, California and in a subsequent release to the packaging trade press.

Nomination entails a single or group tax deductible contribution or pledge to ICPF of at least $15,000 – $17,500 (ICPF partner vs. non-partner nomination), that can be paid in one lump sum, pledged over time or collected through multiple smaller donations to ICPF made in the name of the nominee by companies and individuals. Most importantly, the net receipts are used by ICPF to fund programs to support the current and future workforce needs of the industry. 2025 Circle of Distinguished Leaders Nominee

Bryan had a long-standing career in the paper and packaging industry, recently retiring as executive vice president of Green Bay Packaging, a position he held since 2011. He oversaw the company’s paper mills, woodlands, and corrugated and paperboard packaging divisions. Bryan began his 21-year career with Green Bay in 2004 as VP and general manager of its Green Bay Shipping Container plant. Prior to Green Bay Packaging, he served as VP of operations for Solo Cup and Hoffmaster/Fonda Group. Bryan was very active in the industry, serving on many industry association boards and chairing many including ICPF’s Board of Directors, FBA’s Board of Directors, and American Forest & Paper Association’s (AF&PA) Board of Directors.
